We love this place for lunch. The patio is comfortable most of the year. The food is delicious and made on site. The portions are large enough to share or take home extras. The staff and owner are friendly. Our favorite Friday lunch date.

Absolutely the best mexican restaurant around. GREAT food, Great service and a great experience. Its always great to support local small business, but this is my go to place either way. Great everytime and very affordable.

Great spot for lunch if you work around the area. Food is solid and prices are fair. The older gentleman at the counter can be passive aggressive sometimes, but overall solid choice for mexican food.

Very Americanized Mexican food. I feel sad to leave a bad review for a Mexican owned business, but this place needs to review their plates if they want to call themselves a ‘Mexican cuisine’ place. They’ve steered way outside of what Mexican cuisine tastes like.
Glad they seem to have a clientele even though the guy who works the register there (owner) is pretty indifferent and borderline rude.

This is long overdue, but my husband and I love love love Salsa Verde. The owners are extremely welcoming and they put their entire hearts in the food they serve their customers. I love their crunchy tacos. This is no exaggeration- they have THE BEST tacos I have ever put in my mouth- the crunch of the shell, the consistency and flavor of the meat, the crema they put on top..... chefs kiss. We find any excuse to come here and we tell anyone who will listen about this place. They take excellent care of you and they treat you like family. They also have a nice selection of coffee, tea and travel books to keep you entertained while you wait the short time for your food. I very highly recommend this fine establishment. You will have a new favorite restaurant!
