I want to commend Casey the manager for taking care of an issue regarding my debit card. Although it was no fault of Starbucks, she took it upon herself to help me resolve the problem. Her enthusiastic and positive personality was very much appreciated and refreshing, especially in this day and age.

I frequently visit this Starbucks. However, after visiting a day before Thanksgiving, I ended up with a stomach ache that won't go away also ruining my Thanksgiving experience since my stomach still hurt. I orderered a Grande Cafe latte and a Turkey and egg sandwich. They sandwich looked like it had fallen apart but I didn't think anything of it. It's day 3 and I am still not feeling well.

i love to get this starbucks every morning before taking my daughter to school. i love to get a carmel frap! it is so yummy and makes my morning so much better! amazing customer service as well!

They close at 8pm and I arrived at 7:25 and they said they didn't have any coffee drinks to sell because they were getting ready to close. Does McDonald's shit off the fries 35 minutes before closing? Corporate train your staff...if it closes at 8...you clean the pot at 8:10.
Food: I got a matcha frappuccino from this place and the quality of my drink was consistent with other Starbucks stores. No complaint in that department. We also tried their seasonal flavor for this Fall: spiced apple frappuccino, but it wasn't really my favorite though. But I'm glad we tried it still. Service: staff were friendly and service was fast. Very good. Ambiance: it was a hot summer day when we visited the store and thank goodness the store was fully air conditioned. There were tables for customers to sit at, which I appreciated. But some of the tables were a little dirty. That's the only reason I didn't give this Starbucks the full 5 stars. But other than that, this place was awesome.
