I don't know what it is about this Starbucks. It's always busy, has a drive-thru, it's fairly clean but the employees just don't seem happy. Most of the time they're rude. If you ask for something it's like a huge bother to them. There's only a couple of them that are somewhat nice. Even though it's close to where I live, I will go out of my way to go to a different one and it shouldn't be that way
I stop here every time I have to work, and like other reviews the drinks aren't consistent... I order the same thing all the time and last night was another disappointment... Carmel Ribbon Crunch with ZERO Crunch... I don't have time to wait for them to fix it due to having to be at work... There are probably only 2 people that can get my order right at this place... Sad, so much money wasted...

It’s almost funny.
By now i repeat myself like 5-6 times trying to make them acknowledge that it is indeed a White PEPPERMINT Mocha, yet they still manage to leave the PEPPERMINT out.
