The girl was nice to the people before me as they were laughing and joking in Spanish. When she got to me she was short and abrupt. I ordered a tuna sandwich and said I had a coupon, she said no we don't take those. I said shouldn't you have a sign for the public to know? She said I don't know but we don't take those. Error in the order delivered. Delivery driver were switched, the second delivery person was a female. She delivered one item short, ordered two coke zero, received one. Brought it to her attention, she said she would go back to Subway to get the coke zero and she did not return. Called Subway they said they were busy and mentioned to go down and pick it up ( coke zero).

During my first visit to Subway at this location, I found the service lacking. Upon entering the line, the woman, whom I presumed to be the manager or owner, chose to assist another customer before me. As an African American, had to inquire if she had noticed me. The other cashier stepped in to make my sandwich, and their approach was much more pleasant. The manager did not inquire about my condiment preferences, showing a lack of attention to detail.
