I come to this Starbucks often and usually the staff is super friendly and kind. Today I went through and the worker Mia at the window was so rude. My drink was made incorrectly twice. I called and the supervisor told me I could come back for a remake. Mia at the order box had a rude tone stating they remade iced the right way and I said the supervisor told me I could come back. At the window she didn’t apologize and was rude still. I have already called corporate and they were happy to help. It’s hard as it is to stand up for yourself when an order is made wrong, but to be met with rudeness and laughter directed towards you is an awful feeling.I let Mia know she was rude and that I just wanted my coffee made right and was sorry and she shrugged her shoulders.This Starbucks is usually AMAZING and like I said usually has very friendly staff. This was a huge disappointment to my day.

Used to come here daily. Just realized they nerfed their rewards - now only get half what I used to. That and absurd price increases - taking my business to Dunkins from now on.

Drive thru only, won't let you in lobby. If vehicle too big to fit in drive thru they will won't let you order walking thru drive thru. Wasted half my lunch trying to order at this location only to be turned away at the door. There was one car in drive thru so it's not as if it was busy. From my experience turning away someone wanting to pay for something is wrong way to run a business

Worst ever Starbucks Drive through only???? Funny thing is many people who live around the area walk and can’t even go into dining inside the of Starbucks. Worst ever I suggest anyone to go elsewhere.

The worst Starbucs ever. Super busy 4 way intersection. Only one way in to order a drink. Extremely difficult. Decided to just park and walk in only to learn that they are a drive through location only. Worst ever. Won't return.
The worse customer service experience ever at Starbucks. Super rude n disrespectful service. Never go there again. They totally need get new people to work there with experience n knowledge n how to deal with customers. Totally 0 stars for this place. N just fyi. It's only a drive thro. Their lobby is closed. N all I did is I asked why was the main door closed n you guys should put a sign. So I don't have to park the car n the walk. N then I have a rude dude walked out n yelling that it's only drive thro. Today. Just can't believe it.

The drive through at this location is pretty fast. My brown sugar oatmeal shaken espresso was delicious. The girl at the window was nice to me, it was a great way to end my night. (I think her name was Hope or Faith?) either way, this location is pretty good. The only reason I won't give 5 stars is because the parking lot is pretty tricky.

Driveway on Clayton is marked "exit only". Driveway on Treat Blvd is marked entrance. 8:15am...Google says the store is open. Starbucks app says the store is open since 7am. Drive thru entrance on Treat Blvd is blocked by their drive thru only sign. Tried calling...no answer.
