When a business posts its hours, customers deserve real service for that full time. I saw another review from Jerry saying staff should be ready to serve the moment the doors open at 8:00 AM—not still setting up and keeping customers waiting. I couldn’t agree more, and I’d add that closing at 9:00 PM should mean taking orders until then—not putting things away early or locking the doors before closing. I checked online and saw Subway’s hours listed as closing at 9:00 PM, but when I rushed over and arrived well before closing, the sign still said “Open” yet the door was locked and the employee was already cleaning up. If hours are posted, customers expect full service for every minute those doors are supposed to be open—both at opening and closing.

It's a subway
I'm upset about paying for something that's not even made like it's advertised and given half ass. You would think I eat the end of the doritos foot long, but that's how they served me twice. I been meaning to complain and was mad enough to go back but got extremely busy. I'm pretty sure they're opening small bags of chips, but they're not filling it up like advertised amount! 5$ is a lot of money considering that you can buy a big bag on your own and give it to a food cart to make it into nacho style rather then Subway that uses a handful of the wrong chips, which is one to maybe 2 bags! Next time, I'm speaking to the manager and taking a video as well as checking my food in front of them!

When your business opens at 8 AM, you need to be 100% ready to serve the customer, when the doors open. Not start making their order after 830 AM! While I sit and wait watching them set up the shop!!!

Food was great and very fresh. The service was great…my only complaint is that while eating inside we were subjected to listening to VERY loud employees talking and talking and the thing is…it didn’t stop. The excessively loud talking Really ruined any atmosphere there might have been…

Hit or miss says it's open till 8:30pm but it's closed way before that at times. Saturday September 30 2023 was closed at 7:00pm.

We ordered 2 footlongs for delivery. Both of which were made wrong. Sandwich 1 has zero condiments and no jalapeños, all were requested. Sandwich 2 was requested to have extra banana peppers and it had zero.

What ever happened to "The customer is always right?" I stopped buy to pick up 2 - 6" subs on my way home. First of all, the person who helped me asked me at least 3 times for each sandwich, "what do you want?" "Do you want it toasted?" "do you want cheese?" "What else do you want on your sandwich?" I knew she could speak English, but she was not getting my answers. The food looked ok, except for the spinach, which looked mangled. I asked about it and she said "that's the way it came in today." When I got to the cash register, I gave a coupon to the owner (?), and he wouldn't accept it. Said I had already used it. I told him it was new, and I just cut it out of the paper, and he called me a liar. I have never been treated like this by a vendor. He kept shoving the coupon back into my bag. I finally threw it on the floor behind the counter. Then he started forcing me to take the receipt, and I refused it. . . He was extremely rude. I threw the receipt back at him and left. I have never seen this team working in this location before. Not sure if he just bought the place, or if someone hired the whole family. Don't go there if you have a coupon, or would like to be treated like a customer. As a business owner myself, I can not understand this show of rudeness!!!
