I saw an employee who was making food with gloves, paused to put the code into the bathroom to unlock it, did not change her gloves, took an order at the front register, handled cash (all without changing he er gloves) then went back to making food. Super disgusting and disturbing.

It's Taco Bell.. decent food at good prices (depending on what you order). For some reason this location takes forever to get ones order (over 10 minutes)... hence 2* for service.

I worked at TB during my late teens and always a fan of trying new items. I decided to try a 5-piece nuggets today for a light lunch and this is what I got. When they told me they were out of the sauce that came with it I thought that was a shame, so was asked if I wanted something else like Nacho Sauce or Ranch, so I chose Nacho Cheese since I had Ranch at home. That was a bummer but not more than what I saw and ate when I got home. This is absolutely terrible. Service was absolutely great but to serve and deliver these is a shame - never again! 1. There food gets worse everytime I go there. It doesn't taste like it used to, 2. Good luck going through the drive through and getting everything you ordered. They always screw it up. 3. Seriously, the food has gotten nasty and even there soda fountain/ dispenser is dirty and drinks taste like mold.
Mobile orders are not called out, kept behind the counter, and the employees mostly ignore the in-store customers. If you put in a mobile order expect to stand at the counter until your food is cold.

The attention of the staff is terrible, especially from a young woman apparently of Venezuelan nationality, she does not serve in a cordial manner and is complained about and is rude, it is unfortunate that this store has such unpleasant staff
Dude taking payment late night on a Wednesday was either high or just didn’t give af. But was also fairly entertaining. Tacos came out somewhat as expected but at least 3 of the hot sauce packets were already opened or crushed prior to handoff and created a mess at home. If not for the hot sauce stained sheets I’d give a 3.5. But now it’s a soft 2.5. Sheets are not cheap. Tacos are supposed to be cheap. Please don’t make me choose between the two!
