Rude waitress

Its not surprise to anyone that the price on everything has gone up. It is quite another when you are charged extra for nothing.

All I asked was half Carne Asada and half Al Pastor. Not extra meat. I did ask or want get extra meat in the burrito. I got charged $3 for that. Not to mention they said they can't do half Carne Asada and half Al Pastor on a taco. Los Gallos in pursued does it, does Concord have an ordinance against?

I don't see how it is so hard to do that and don't see how it is fair to charge $3 when they actually do comply with your request.

I love leaving great reviews and do so everytime I'm satisfied. Just seems that recently, I keep running into over priced food and bad service.

My Daughter went here at 12am Friday for food with her two children and woke up to covid. workers should not be working over food if they are sick. Putting others are risk!! Never buy food from them again.

The pork meat has too much fat in it, I must have ate only half of the meat. I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately it did not meet my expectation which is an understatement. The food is overpriced for the very poor quality. I hope I don’t get sick.

I eat here very often. After finished paying for my food and adding the tip, the workers went ahead and added an extra 20% to my bill charging me $10+ then I agreed to pay. Be careful coming as a non Spanish speaker , they will take advantage of you. It’s not the first time this has happened at this location. On top of that my tacos for taco Tuesday were 95% tortilla and 5% meat. Very disappointing and irritating to have someone try to sneakily take money from you.

Horrible, staff is absolutely horrendous when it comes to customer service. Barely speak English and have a very hard time understanding fluent English……trash food.

Ordered ahead, came in they said it wasn't ready. Tried giving me other peoples food after i kept telling them what my order was. Then said i didn't pay yet so thats why they couldn't give me my order.

not good at all. Ordered carnitas and chicken tacos my family couldn't eat the carnitas. we were 5 adults and no one enjoyed it. Dry and taste old. nothing was fresh or even close to it. horchata drink not good. We left 4 tacos on the table we couldn't eat. Management unable to do anything but a credit on next purchase. not going back.
