Every time, I mean every single time!!!! we get takeout, out order is wrong. Something is missing, items are not modified according to how I ordered them. Like this isn't McDonald's! Get it together! The food is almost always good, but how hard is it to make sure an order is right?!?! We have complained a handful of times and been somewhat compensated for it, however we have gone to the habit in walnut creek several times and never had this happen. It's further...

I'm sure glad there's a Habit Burger & Grill here, because every time I drop off the car at the Infiniti dealership for this or that, I can take a leisurely stroll down the street and enjoy an amazing lunch! Today's lunch was a Santa Barbara burger on the grilled sourdough, and let me tell you ...it was Spectacular! It was well worth walking the gauntlet of homeless panhandlers and encampments there by the creek. 5 stars ☆☆☆☆☆

We ordered on the app as we left home and we just walked in and got our meals...I like using the app instead of the in store order yourself screen and then having to wait for the order.
