Seeing all of the bad reviews, I was a little hesitant but I was close by and had a craving for the orange chicken. I arrived 10 minutes early for my Online Order but the customer service associate said no problem and actually told me one of my entrees should be ready in 5. In 5 minutes, she actually sought me out at my table and brought my order to me! Pleasantly surprised and both associates thanked me on the way out. Very nice. I saw the TV advertisement that says ask for a sample. I did and the team member said no we do not give samples I don't know why it says that. Please share the sign this is false advertising.
