I figured the rating was low due to it being fast food and people like to compare fast food to 5 Star restaurants.
Taste was about what you’d expect for taco bell.
Service however, the instant i pulled the, still wrapped, item out of the bag it spilled meat sauce all over me.

This was the saddest Taco Bell experience of my life.
My burrito was about the size of my pinky, and the meat could only be seen under a microscope. The Crunchwrap was basically an empty tortilla with confidence. I kept taking bites hoping to find the filling, but it felt like a treasure hunt with no treasure.
It was so cold inside that my daughter turned into an ice cube before we finished eating.

My issue is not with the food quality, I was waiting for my order for over 20 minutes. No one called to say it was ready and it was not put on the mobile pick shelves either. It was kept behind the counter while they filled order after order in the drive thru. It was definitely not a pleasurable experience. No one was rude they were just very robotic and disinterested in what anyone needed. The lobby was full and they very seldom communicated with any of us.
