Wonderful staff, one of the owners working, prompt, clean, flavorful and all around the perfect spot if you're out for a ride on 49. Stop by for the start of the ride or end it as a reward, either way it's win!
We finally made it into Stubbys after driving by countless times, and it was excellent! I got the chicken bacon wrap with garlic fries and my husband got the Stubbys omelette and added chorizo. The food was excellent, staff was super nice, and met one of the owners/ chef Chris who was awesome and you can tell takes pride in the food he puts out. Overall a great experience and now that we know, we will definitely be back!

If you love BBQ and you're a local or just passing through Cool, CA, you want to try Stubby's Breakfast and BBQ. It was the first place my son and I tried after moving to the area. We were so impressed, both loving their smoked meat. I was a tri tip fan only but I fell in love with their brisket. Great flavor, moist and tender! When they have ribs, love those too!
