Paid for a 20 oz soda and received a water instead because they can’t seem to keep the drinks they say they have in stock.
Presented the issue to a manager, who laughed about it, and claimed that it wasn’t their fault — that they can’t control when they do and don’t have certain drinks — so why advertise and allow for people to place an order for specific drinks when you don’t have them?!?! You’re telling me that the amount of drinks you do or don’t have isn’t up to you?? The MOD working 8/1/25 was condescending, rude, and knew nothing about customer service; and I will never shop or eat here again because of it.

They advertise a fantastic four in one combo for $11.99 online and so I ordered it over the phone but when I got there they tell me the deal online is not reflected in store. But online it say Corning location. All the staff were very rude too (especially Maria) and didn't know we understood Spanish. Be professional this is supposed to be a place of business.

What happened to this place ??? Back in the day this place was awesome you always got fresh hot pizzas and they were always made top notch they never cheaped out on anything especially the breadsticks! I remember a bag of them were 2.50$ and you got huge breadsticks! Now it’s a joke I can’t believe they would even sell this to people. I mean come on, these franchise owners need to stop being so greedy and cheap, please bring back the old lil Cesar’s back to it’s former glory!

It was almost closing time when I walked in the lady behind the counter was pretty rude about everything.
Always nice and prompt about having stuff ready when we call ahead. Only problem is that they don't always pick up the phone and sometimes you can't understand what they are saying due to background noise and them not speaking up.
