Got the worse latte ever in my life today 12/10/2025 at 11:36am. The espresso tastes extremely burnt I can't even drink it. The only time my espresso would taste like this is if I forget and let the espresso run pass 17/18 seconds for double shot.

Employees intentionally do not fill the cup with coffee because you asked for no foam in a latte. Why does it matter to you! You don’t personally pay for the drink. I Do! This wont be the first time cutting out Corning’s location for their crumby service.

Just stopped in to get a triple espresso, and the barista behind the counter realized that I was probably ordering the espresso for taste and not caffeine so she intentionally made sure that the shots that she gave me were properly prepared. Very considerate. Enjoyed this Starbucks a lot.

Very clean and well kept place. Service was also nice and quick.
On a road trip, sent order in to next city down the road..get there and the lobby is closed so must go thru drive thru for pick up, after waiting 15 minutes in line for a pre order I get to the window get my drink slung out at me and it's now a liquid frapp..I said it's all melted guy says sorry bout that and walked away from the window so no way to be able to dispute a fresh drink being made, to bad they were pre paid..
