They aren't the best subway but definitely aren't the worst either. The customer service as well as the end result of the order is dependant on which worker you get and how busy they are. I would say they are over all average and the experience can vary a little each time you go in.

They turned off all the lights after I pulled up on the parking lot with still ten minutes before closing. I'd understand if I pulled up at closing time, but there was still plenty of time left. I know they saw me and they promptly turned all the lights off. Very poor service.

Sandwich was not toasted was very soggy did not look like with the picture advertised at all. Customer service was horrible rude and in a hurry when there was no other customers but me. I've never experienced a subway like this one this gives a bad name for Subway

I went in this corning subway because I was starving.. There were 2 employees abd 2 customers.. one customer per employee.. they knew each other and talked for about 10+ minutes while prepping their food.. no awknoledge of me at all. they rang up their orders and one employee continued to ignore me while she put the just baked bread away. she asked me if she could help me without making eye contact...no smole..nothing. i told what I needed and she rang me up. I told her it was for dining in.. she gave me my sandwich without a bag.. I asked for a tray and jrr reply was.. d
we do not have trays... I took my sandwich how she gave it to me and i split the wrapping paper in half. so my friend snd I could lay our sandwich there and not on the bare table. It is the worst service I had in a subway!

Great experience here, been going here a long time, alot of new faces, service was very pleasant. Food was delicious. New ownership glad to see the place back open.

Under new ownership, they take card, cash ,apple pay , and unlike the old company they take 50s and 100s now. They have mostly new staff, brought back the more pleasant ones. Prices are cheaper than red bluff and redding locations. Wait times are short and the food is great. Definitely a great stop off of I5 freeway.
