This TB is very dirty. The tables, floors and bathrooms were gross. They don’t have a changing station in either bathroom forcing me to change my baby on a table in the dining room. Which O had to clean before even using it to change a diaper. The women’s bathroom had a broken toilet that someone had pooped in. We ordered 4 bean burritos; none had cheese, onion or red sauce and when we went to get it fixed no one acknowledged us.

Service here is slow and the staff seem confused on how products are assembled. Portions size is very small, hardly and filling at all. See picture of the taco supreme. I ended up sending it back and had to have it remade.

My burrito took a long time to make but it was worth the wait, epically delicious! If you are in the area stop in for a bite, you won’t be disappointed.

Ever since they went to AI system they are constantly messing up orders. When I called I’m told you can come back we will remake it. So I have to go out of my way to come back so I can speak with a human and get my meals correctly. I’m told that that ai system is very particular ok then get rid of it and have real people talk with you. We are a small town we don’t need ai or kiosk let people have jobs and stop using computers!

I order A Party Pack…. 9 out of 12 barely had any ground beef, tomato, lettuce n cheese. The Tacos had the bare minimum…. For the Price I paid NOT WORTH IT! Oh and the Nacho Supreme well Very dissatisfied Too …. Plenty of Nachos not enough toppings.

AI took my order, which you would think would give the staff time to actually prepare my order correctly. But you would be mistaken. I asked for no tomatoes, found them buried under the nacho cheese sauce, like they realized their mistake and just covered it up. Hardly any beef on the Nachos Bell Grande. Very disappointing. Taco Bell, like many other fast food places is getting more expensive and the food is less quality. Maybe instead of using AI, train your staff to do better.

I have no clue how this place is still running if I’m being 100 percent, it’s the AI AND the staff. Firstly the AI is bogus and makes it 2x more difficult for me to order and created frustration with my peers. Secondly the staff made it worse by being extremely unfriendly and didn’t bother to look the other direction when I was asking for some extra sauce packets. Very incredibly that for being in such a small town, AI is being used in this area. I absolutely despise it.

I went through drive through placed one order had a second order and was told 2 orders per car not available. This was today between 7pm and 8pm. I went inside made ordered paid then waited for drink was told it was unavailable they could give me something else. The staff was not friendly.
