I love Sota. Great sushi and usually very friendly staff. Tonight we ordered take out and the hostess with reddish hair couldn’t have been more unfriendly. She made us feel so uncomfortable and was beyond rude. Not even a simple hello or thank you was exchanged—actually, no words were.

Best sushi inOC. We use to go to Blue Finn but the service wasn't great and they acted like they were doing you a favor. Not here, the food and the people are great
Over price. Salmon sashimi did not met expectation, not fresh enough. The soft shell crab was over fried. Service is slow.

This is a great place… u can reasonably get in on busy nights (one of the reasons I come) and it’s reasonably priced. Theres a place on the pennisula I prefer but it’s double or triple the price and it’s a 2 hour ordeal at min.
