“Service was ok as it took a couple of minutes to be greeted and our order taken. This was due to one employee working the front line and they were concentrating on the drive thru.
Ordered 2 Western Bacon Cheeseburgers and they were fresh and hot.

Unfortunately while were finishing up our meal a homeless person came into the restaurant and asked us for money, when we said no he left but came back 2 minutes later and sat at the table next to us and just started. I did not feel safe and got up and left.“

“I drove past the speaker and the person taking my order was having a hard time hearing me. There was an employee sweeping up trash and she was by the microphone and relayed my order. Awesome!

The woman at the window was fast and efficient. Got my food and parked to eat it. It was excellent warm and freshly cooked.

“Ok so this is a review for a particular visit and not this location and establishment overall. The experience was significant enough for me to feel compelled to do this despite the understanding that this isn't the generally accepted and common usage of reviews. So, this temescal rd carls has been hit and miss over the last 20 years I've been visiting it. Mostly just ok with a relative slightly above average when comparing to other locations. With that being said I'm of the opinion that food serving establishments product has went down the tube's in comparison to that of 20+ years ago. This could be a not necessarily accurate "personal" perception issue or an accurate in reality across the board issue but that is here nor there. This reviews is to express my amazing almost time traveling threw taste and eating experience that I really have only come a slight inclination of experiencing before. I made my famous star"no cheese' combo with onion rings and cherry coke order on the app and proceeded to drive thru to pick up. When I got to the window I pardoned myself and asked the girl if she could possibly assure that my onion rings where cooked well because I had received undercooked ones on the last few visits. I was given my food and my stomach decided I would park and immediately eat my food. I do realize that this(my hunger and immediate consumption could) have a significant influence on my experience but with that said. It was great. I was a kid again devouring what at different times could be accurately described as my favorite fast food. The burger even looked the same as years gone by(with the exception of the split top bun which they adopted several years back) with all the condiments including mayo and ketchup-relish in the perfect proportions the onion rings where almost unrecognizable when compared to those recently encountered. Cooked perfect and if I didn't know better I would be suspicious of them being sliced from whole onions dipped and dregged in store. Anyways the whole experience was too good to not say(write) something. For the record I've had some not too great luck at this location once or twice and before this if you asked me about carls I'd respond with meh or what are my choices? But this experience has me very(hopefully not too) hopeful for the next time I find myself with them as a choice or option.“

“Very,very nice ladies that work there are very helpful and patient and want to make all customers happy and satisfied to the best of their abilities!! The girls in the front are all bilingual and very helpful and deserve a raise in my opinion I've been there a couple of times and never once were they rude or with an attitude always with a pleasant smile ready to help you and always got my order correct thank you to management team because your employees are a reflection of your great training!! Keep up the GREAT WORK!!! Hope to see you again soon!!“
