Had an absolutely incredible experience at this IHOP. Like usual IHOP restaurants, there is a wait, so you have to be aware that there are possibilities you will have to wait to be seated, for quite a while. Can’t say enough good things about this ihop! We went on Father’s Day and it looked really busy , and was expecting an hour wait. But no it was about 20 minute wait. The service was super quick, our waiter was on the ball. The location is good too, right off the freeway and plenty of free parking. Food was excellent. Everyone’s plate was done as ordered.

The food was great but super slow service. Waitress was courteous & friendly. However, the restaurant desperately needs a remodel, especially the lobby. Old furniture, carpet, decor. Benches are very uncomfortable and outdated. And outside, the Handicap ramp is not up to code. Thank you!Parking: Needs more Handicap stalls and the ramp up to code.
