Service has always been a drawback here, recently got food here for my family only to get shorted as they figured they would change a 5 piece to a 4 piece and keep the difference for themselves.
Always nice when your local KFC decides that scamming is a better way to run things instead of just giving you what you paid for.

I purchased the $10 popcorn chicken and they were delicious. Went through drive thru and service was fast and employee was very nice.
We ordered the 8 piece chicken tenders and they were cold, hard and very small. In fact, so small they were put in a small box. I know its part of the Tuesday $10 special, but this was totally horrible. To add to my dissatisfaction, the drive thru was rude, and not very customer focused. Very disappointing.
