Taqueria Mexico @ 830 N. Main in Corona is bomb. Prior to the remodel, I NEVER ate there. However, since the remodel, I’ve been there EVERY day. Thanks to Veronica and the other staff. P.s. just went there tonight. lol.
Great food, especially the asada burritos and tacos. Salsas are delectable, not too spicy for those with light pallets. The newly renovated place is great and modernized. Friendly cashiers and a relatively quick order till food turn around time. It does get busy, especially the drive-thru, so plan accordingly. Overall, it is a solid choice for a taco spot. I haven’t had an actual breakfast burrito in a long time. I ordered a chorizo egg burrito and I got to say it was very good. It wasn’t greasy but it was juicy. It wasn’t salty but very tasty. I will be going back for sure.
