A good liquor store with all the top brands. Beware that prices of top shelf liquors seem to be much more than the wholesale price. But if you got the money and don’t care how much spend then don’t worry about it. Otherwise it’s an awesome liquor store. Love their sandwiches! The Diablo club sandwich is tasty 😋

Can’t speak for the liquor store, bc we came strictly for the sandwiches and it was so worth it! I’m generally not a sandwich girl, but these were the absolute best sandwiches we’ve ever had and perfect to take to the beach! The guy that rang us up was hilarious too. We’ll definitely be back every time we’re in Coronado.

They have singles of more things than I maybe have ever seen. Selection is great. Water Gatorade beer liquor you name it
If hidden gem needed an example, this place would be it. The store is clean, the staff is friendly, and I knew the second I walked up to the register I'd be in good hands. I got the hot pastrami on sourdough for about $14 and by the time I was finished I was about ready to walk back in and buy another if I didn't already have dinner plans. Thanks for the amazing lunch, guys. Can't wait to visit San Diego again and try the rest of your sandwiches.

Liquor store with a great selection of spirits and beers. Came solely for sandwiches but I'm sure if I was on the hunt for my favorite craft beer it would be somewhere.
The California deli sandwhich was great. Sourdough available and toasted was a plus. Would come here again for any special occasions in Coronado Island!

Walked here to purchase sparkling wine, vodka & cranberry juice for DIY cocktails. Reasonable prices (much better than Hotel del Coronado). We didn’t try any deli offerings.

This place is kinda a scam. Not only are the prices insanely high compared to a normal market. They’ll charge you more than what they have drinks listed at. (Which is my major gripe. I understand it’s Coronado, but to list prices and charge more at the register is pretty scummy)
For example: 10 minutes ago I bought a voodoo ranger beer from them that they had listed floor $4.99. At 7/11 anywhere else in San Diego it’s $6.79 for 2 or about $3.40 each. When I got to the register it “Somehow” arrived at a price of $6.25 for a single can.
Right behind me I had a buddy buying an energy drink and a shooter that together with the prices THEY had listed it should have been $5.75…. However… miraculously it ended up being over $8.
Anyway, complete nonsense. Not only will the cashiers overcharge you with prices pulled out of their behinds, they’ll ALSO ask for a 15-25% tip?!?! It’s insane. Shop elsewhere. I understand the patrons are wealthy but like.. what are we doing here y’all. This isn’t charity. Stop letting them scam you due to your complacency.
