Stopped by yesterday for some poké, but the experience was underwhelming. Many food trays were empty, and I had to ask for missing ingredients instead of them being restocked proactively. Honestly, I wouldn’t have minded waiting a few minutes if they had just taken the time to refill everything before taking our order. Instead, it felt like I was bothering him by asking. The employee helping us looked he had just gotten out of the gym still wearing his headphones around his head, came off as uninterested and a bit rude. The food itself was fine, nothing special, I probably wouldn’t stop to eat here again.

I was quite disappointed with the customer service at Poke 123 on Orange Avenue in Coronado. The young man making my poke bowl was quite rude, and it felt like I was inconveniencing him with my requests for items that were on the menu. On top of that, the protein scoop sizes have gotten noticeably smaller. Overall, the experience was underwhelming. Hopefully, they can work on both their service and portions.

Terrible. I just picked up lunch for me and my coworker. The place did not smell fresh- the food didn’t taste fresh- and it was warm. The fish was warm like it had been sitting out. Definitely a waste of money.
Typical counter experience poke, but overall pretty tasty with great complimentary add ones like beets which were a tasty modifier for my poke experience. Enjoyable albeit pricey for the amount of actual fish.

This is for sure the best poke I’ve ever had. Tai made my bowl and he did an amazing job, such amazing customer service and the place is sooo clean. The fish is so high quality I loved it so much. I’ll be coming back another 10000 times haha. I definitely will recommend this place to my family and friends, thank you!!!!

Order through Uber Eats. The delivery is fine but the food is bland. I know i did an online order but one reason Iver ordered from here is the Jalapeños Poppers and it's not tasty at all. As for the Cheetos and California sushi it was okay but they have SOOO LITTLE Wasabi but ALOT of ginger
