I had a philtered soul cold brew here yesterday and it was amazing. I can't stop thinking about how delicious it was. I couldn't believe it was just coffee and cream in the cup. Really nice. Thanks.

Stopped by for afternoon coffee and ordered a small ambrosia with light cream. I'm a long time customer and usually go to the stores in San Francisco. I am very familiar with the blends.
Wasn't happy with my coffee. Tasted burnt for some reason. Ambrosia is usually one of my go-to light roasts and something was off with my coffee.
I also waited 18 minutes for my coffee. Not sure if the order got lost but I noticed...
