this place is awesome!i loved the vibes and the ambiance is greatthey serve a large range of alcohol from sake to shochu to tequila and morethe food is soooo delicious as welli forgot to take pics cus i was busy eating and drankin but our table ordered tamagoyaki (japanese egg roll), garlic shrimp (FIRE BTWWWW), takowasa (raw octopus with wasabi), and some type of cream cheese with seaweed which was also really tastythe service is top notch, everyone is super friendly and attentivei'll definitely be back again soon

The girls and karaoke are a part of the place since it is set up like a Japanese style hostess bar. I have no interest in that but if you try the food you will realize this place is a hidden gem. they have great Japanese food and a very nice staff. I prefer to come eat sometimes with the wife or friends since it it very hard to find authentic Japanese for of this caliber for the prices they charge.

Drinks are expensive and weak. They usually have girls on staff that will karaoke with you (for a fee). Atmosphere is decent but your bill is usually higher than you think it's going to be. Fun sometimes but your milage may vary

We stayed at the Hilton in Costa Mesa and had coupons for complimentary Continental breakfast 2 mornings. The first morning we upgraded to hot buffet breakfast that included scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage, oatmeal. The eggs were powered, the sausage tasted like cardboard and bacon was so-so. The oatmeal was homemade and was good! This breakfast cost $18.00 + tax. The second morning we ordered off the menu and was better choices getting fresh cooked food. My wife had omelet with hash browns and toast and I had eggs Benedict with hashbrowns and tomato slice and coffee. We both enjoyed these menu options!

We like a lot to go out. Last night we came to this delicious place which friends told us about. We spent a beautiful evening there with delicious cooking and an experienced crew and a great chief cook. We added this restaurant in our list and we will certainly come back very soon. We deeply recommend.

Bristol Cafe surprised us as an excellent place for food. We loved it. Of course, it has always been a happy place for drinks.
This place is like a little hidden gem! The food is really good and it's super affordable. They have a decent sized menu, I'd definitely wanna come back and try everything! Service is also amazing and quick, everyone is super friendly and welcoming. They're also all wearing masks and stuff which is definitely important during these times. There's plenty of parking and they even have a cute little outdoor dining area set up (they also do take out). Overall experience was incredible, great place to get some authentic japanese food without breaking bank. 10/10 would recommend. P.S. try their takoyaki and beef tongue stew!!
