Definitely the best shabu we’ve had in the state! Traditional Japanese style which you seat around the counter with a small pot for each person. The meat is cut to order with reasonable price. Flexible to order all kind of sizes. The hosts are super sweet. Been here multiple times and will definitely come back!
Clean and artsy place, friendly and attentive staff. Great food, no complaints.Dietary restrictions: I eat gluten free (cross contamination is not safe by nature, do not go if you have celiacs). I was able to put my own seasoning into the pot (soup base and broth options are NOT gluten free) and they provided gluten-free soy sauce for me. I felt decently accommodated, wish they had a GF soup base but everything else was fine for me.

Shabu Shabu is our special date night meal. We like to seak it out wherever we travel to. We really enjoyed our meal here, portions (ordered large meat) were good and ingredients were fresh. This is the first Shabu Shabu I have visited that did not have bok choy and that's my favorite veggie I was disappointed.
