My boyfriend and I stumbled upon this place as we were about to get sushi across the lot. I’m so happy we saw this restaurant and changed our minds haha. We were seated right away, the service was amazing, and the food was absolutely delicious. There’s limited seating inside, but you can also sit at the bar. They have TVs playing all the games too. It’s a cute, lowkey spot. Parking was easy to find in the lot.

Food review:
They have some cocktails and beers to choose from. I tried the canned Paloma and added some lemonade to it cuz it was a little strong. It was bomb!

Pizza: (5/5) We got the meat lovers pizza. It was definitely fresh! It came out steaming hot, the crust had a nice crunch and soft on the inside, the sauce was delicious, and overall pizza was super flavorful and filling.

Lemon pepper wings: (5/5) These were bomb! They tasted like actual chicken… haha idk if that makes sense. But flavor wasn’t overpowering, freshly made, and had the perfect crunch to the chicken. I honestly would come back just for the chicken

Ciao Pizzeria Bar is a local gem! Jason and Armando, the incredible owners, make every visit feel special. Their “Create Your Pizza” option offers fresh, high-quality ingredients, and the pizzas are always perfectly cooked. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the service is top-notch. If you’re looking for amazing pizza and an experience that feels like home, this is the spot!

Been coming here for months really disappointed. The pizza was barely more than a glorified cracker with a thin layer of cheese and almost nonexistent toppings. It felt like eating a crispbread with a hint of pizza flavor with holes. For the price, I expected something more substantial and satisfying. If you’re looking for a hearty, flavorful pizza, I’d recommend looking elsewhere.

The personal pizza is probably the best pizza I’ve had. The staff is friendly and seeing the owner hands on gives you the feeling of a home atmosphere. Definitely coming back…

Should be renamed "Morally Bankrupt Pizza" Never ordering from this place again! If you'd like your pizza served with a complete lack of integrity, you've found the place.

I've been order once or twice per month for coming up on 3 years now. Decided to place an order for delivery through the Slice app. Pizza was taking a little longer than usual but it was still only about an hour before it went out for delivery(Slice app uses third party DoorDash delivery drivers). So about an hour and fifteen minutes in I get a notification that my pizza has been delivered, however it hadn't. A couple minutes later I get a call from DoorDash claiming the delivery driver had "accidentally" hit the delivered button on his app and no longer had access to my address. After trying to communicate the correct address the call abruptly ended. I waited about 10 more minutes for the delivery before calling the Slice app Customer service. I spent over an hour getting hung up on by 4 different representatives that refused to address the issue.

At this point is was already over an hour and a half since I had placed my order. I decided to call the store directly and see if there was anything that could be done. Spoke to the owner who said he would reach out to Slice app customer service and try and get some assistance. I got a call from Slice shortly after that but they still refused to do anything regarding the failed delivery. I reached out to the store again and asked if there was anyway to resolve this. The Owner began telling me that aside from reaching out to Slice that if I wanted a pizza I could drive all the way down to the store in person and pay FULL price. When I pointed out the time wasted waiting for the original delivery as well as the inconvenience of having to go to the store in person he just dismissed it. I asked him if he felt in anyway the actions of the company he chose to do business with and partner with reflected on his own business, and his response was a cold "NO". When I pointed out the fact that he as the owner is directly responsible for who his company partners with and said partners handling of his customers can and does reflect on his business, he became argumentative and then hung up on me.

It's hard to believe that a company can take the position that how other companies they partner with and how they treat their customers is not a reflection on themselves as well... I guess I will just have to say "Ciao" to this place, plenty of places with more integrity and morals to get a pizza!

As you can see from the owner's response, they still refuse to accept any responsibility for who they trust their delivery to. Hence why I state that he is morally bankrupt.

Stumbled upon Ciao Pizzeria Bar on a Sunday afternoon. I didn’t have their wings which is what they’re known for but had the caesar salad and a slice of pepperoni pizza, perfect duo. The owners Armando and Jason made for great atmosphere.
