In-sīt Coffee offers great drinks, including the white cloud 9 matcha, hojicha latte, strawberry matcha, and Kyoto Cold brew. The strawberry matcha is called the BEST in OC, made with compote from fresh strawberries. The drinks are really good, rich, creamy, and earthy, and the coffee and matcha are made with time and care. The staff is friendly, accommodating, nice, and attentive. The service is quick, kind, and fast. Seating is always a hit or miss, but it is a good pick up spot. There is easy parking, ample seating, and unique vibes inside. The restaurant always has at least one vegan pastry, which is rare to see especially in OC. The staff was considerate enough to allow customers to bring their own cup of raw or A2 milk for drinks.
