Jack in the Box in Costa Mesa

“I dont have anything to compare it to. I've never had Jack In The Box before. But I can say. Our order was right. It was quick and the food was hot. I liked it. I will say i would not order the tacos again-nit because they were bad but I was just not a fan of the tacos. They lacked flavor for me. Would have been GREAT for the kids.“

“Good location for a fast food place; near a busy intersection and with lots of natural light coming through the windows and small palm trees outside giving a little touch of green to the view. Came at 6pm and no waiting to order inside and only took a couple of minutes for my order to be ready; perfect timing for me to quickly use the restroom (and wash hands, of course!). Most customers probably ordered through the drive-thru, as I only saw one family and a few individuals come into the restaurant to order while I was there (and they all ordered to go!). Food was consistent with what you would expect from a Jack in the Box. I ordered the Jumbo Jack Combo, no upsizing. Fries were crispy without being burnt and lightly salted - perfect for me. Freestyle soda machine meant I could get whatever flavor drink I preferred and could refill as often as I wanted. Si solo habla español, no problema; los trabajadores hablan español y inglés. WiFi worked well; the Jacks Guest WiFi is free and worked well enough to stream a video. Music was playing in the restaurant; pleasant and not too loud.“

“Food is amazing, but the workers are just there to earn money not to actually do their jobs right (specifically these two teenaged girls). And there is a sign on the front window that says you can dine in but when you try to open the door it's locked and staff signals you that it's only drive through“
