Consistent. Service is good. A good sit-down take out hybrid. Unless they rest the meat know that medium rare ends up becoming done as they bring it out. But still pretty tender.

I placed order online because it said it’d be 5 minutes. Showed up and they couldn’t find my order even though I had email confirmation . They placed a order on the spot and I ended up waited for 40 minutes. Are you kidding me. Will never be back again! Staff there just seems so clueless.

The food here is pretty good. It is a high-end fast food restaurant, but the products are very good. And you can get the meat cooked to order.

The prime rib was a little tough, hard to chew and lacked flavor. Everything else was decent.

It's the birthday celebration and we ordered quite a few. The husband really enjoy the 12 oz prime rib with au jus, so we ordered 3 of the same kind to share. The Nephew ordered the sandwich. The food came out pretty fast and everyone enjoyed their lunch. Quality of the food is good and consistent from the 5 6 times we've been here.

Food was delicious roasted beef tender but price a little higher

I ordered the carvery combination prime rib original half sandwich and salad along with a side order of Macaroni and cheese. I was VERY disappointed. The half sandwich combination featured a single thin slice of prime rib folded in half. An extremely stingy serving considering I paid $18 for the sandwich, handful of lettuce, chips, and pickle.Had this been a dine-in order I would have returned it to the kitchen to see if this is how they sent all sandwiches out.The macaroni and cheese was dry - it did not seem fresh and had a lackluster flavor - also not worth the $7 they charge for a roughly 1-cup serving.Save your time and money and visit nearly any other lunch venue in South Coast Plaza as they are a better value and feature better food.

Great quick stop in mall for good meal between stores.. Food was good but head to send chill back for hot serving. It was handled effectively and with smile by the staff. My beef dip was great as was mac and cheese..

First time coming. It was good not amazing. I felt like there could have been more prime rib in the sandwich though. And im not just saying that cause I wanted more meat. You pay 23 dollars and you expect it to look better than a subway sandwich right?

Simply the best! Food and service superb! I grabbed lunch after shopping.

The Prime Rib was okay, but I've had way better. This place feels more like a cheap buffet at a Hotel Casino in Vegas than a top choice Steakhouse. Medium rare Prime Rib was on point, but not top tier... I guess for the price, it hit the spot, because we were hungry, but then again, anything is good when your hungry...

First-rate atmosphere and very affable service. The menu was crisp and yummy. Will surely recommend this restaurant to friends and family. Convenient prices and large portions. Great work.
