Paragon offers a short and delicious menu with an intimate dining room atmosphere. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a 5-star experience. The brunch menu includes a delicious honey gem salad and French toast bites, while the mimosa flight may not be to everyone's taste. The truffle fries were decent but lacked a strong truffle flavor. The Paragon burger and chicken club were impressive, served by fantastic servers like Megan. The atmosphere is beautiful, with comfortable seating and top-notch service. Even though dinner service may be limited, the Valentine's Day event was excellent, leaving customers hoping for more occasional dinner events in the future.
