“A quaint macaroon shop, right on the California 1 Highway in Laguna Beach. After 24 macaroon varieties, all of them are gluten free with many dairy free. Each bite explodes with flavor, but is a perfect balance of sweet flavor and soft texture. As a coffee fanatic, the Colombian coffee macaron definitely hit my taste buds. Friendly staff and a warm-hearted atmosphere as you enter.Street parking is extremely limited in the area, so you may have to find a paid parking lot and take the walk to reach this macaroon and candy shop.“
“Simply Sweet Cakes made a beautiful Christmas themed baby shower cake. They were wonderful to work with & even reached out when they were decorating the cake to make suggestions to make it even better. I really appreciated that extra effort to make the perfect cake. Everything about the cake was delicious. Also ordered cupcakes that were also yummy. Highly recommend Simply Sweet Cakes & I will order from here again!“
“I like to visit sprinkles since they tend to change their menu every month. I was able to get a cookie cupcake since they offer that every now and then. I also got mini cupcakes. The people were helpful. There was a lot of parking available since I went on a Sunday night.“
“Finally tried one of Moulin's beautiful pastries this weekend! Definitely very crowded on weekends- all the seats were filled and there was a line out the door.We ordered The Ornament which had mango mousse inside and white chocolate exterior. It was $8 which is pricey, but expected for a South Coast Plaza establishment. Next time, I would try one of their danishes or croissants!“
