Pueblo

I was chatting with my boyfriend about revisiting Pueblo and learned that it closed down. Super sad because I had a wonderful experience here. Everything we ordered was delicious, but particularly the bone marrow...*chef's kiss* I just wanted to thank the owners for my phenomenal experience at the restaurant, and I hope that they will be able to reopen one day. This place really set the bar high for tapas and Spanish food!

So sad to see this place closing. The food was phenomenal and at a great price. The ambiance of the place was simply gorgeous. It's a tight area but the place never felt claustrophobic - only ever intimate. The outdoor seating is similar, with a great view of the fountain park outside. This location is located in a hipster-ish type place off of the 405 freeway by South Coast Plaza I think called the OC Mix. Totally random since I've never been here, but my old schoolmate took me here once and I decided to revisit.
