This Taco Bell is a hit or a miss, lately they've been missing. I've gone several times and each time I've had something be made completely wrong or I'll get what I ordered but not made correctly for example I ordered a beefy 5 layer burrito and while I got that, every 2-3 bites was a different ingredient. First you just got a mouthful of tortilla, then it was the meat, then it was beans, and at the bottom it was all the cheese and sour cream. My understanding is that it's all supposed to be layer together but maybe that's what the 5 layer burrito is all about and I misunderstood. Also, when you ask for no tomatoes this location hears add extra tomatoes because without fail, every time I've asked for no tomatoes I'll bite into my crunchwrap and it seems like there's tomato overload. This is the closest one to me so unless I want to drive far this is what I deal with and it is what is it. It's like a surprise, you never know what you're going to get. You might get your order exactly how you want it with all the right ingredients and sauces or you might get something completely different with no sauce but that's the gamble you take.
I just ordered 1 taco supreme and 1 side of their beans & cheese. I'm telling you they were both the worst ever. The taco had way too much sour cream, and the chopped tomatoes they put on top were so watery, the taco was so drippy when you tried to eat it... but the worst part was that the taco was so tasteless - no real flavor . Tasted so bland. It was no comparison to Del Taco's "The Del Taco" . Del Taco's is the best taco around and has so much good flavor. Now, the side of beans and cheese I ordered - wow! disgusting .. it was more like eating Bean Soup! They put way too much enchilada sauce on top, AND THERE WAS NOT A SINGKE BEAN IN THE CUP... it was just soup-like. Very disappointed. I will never order again one of their tacos nor a side of their beans. Do not give your business to Taco Bell, go to Del Taco instead, if you want better TexMex fast food.

8/11/23 @ 11pm, I came late night, spur of the moment to Taco Bell for a Mexican Pizza with my wife and kids. I haven’t done this for years. Idk why they always mess up orders and and that drive thru is the most horrendous drive path. Please have staff to do their job right. Just put in the correct order so people don’t waste their time when getting home late. Have a better solution than having people come back late to fix their order. Time = Money. Hire better staff. No wonder people are paying the extra money for Uber Eats or Grub Hub, they at least get the order right or give you full refund.
