Love this place
We have visited several Wild Fork locations, and this time we stopped by the Costa Mesa store. Overall, it was a good experience, but compared to the other locations we’ve visited, this one was a bit disappointing, so I would give it 4 stars.

I bought a bunch of meat here to use in my smoker. Members of my family thought I may be a Michelin star chef.

Wild Fork Meat & Seafood Market is a freaking amazing place for meats and seafood. The quality is consistent, and prices are very fair. Everything is clearly labeled, portioned well, and frozen fresh is an amazing business model. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they will get you in the right direction. There are tons of variety, including beef, chicken, bison, lamb, duck, veal, pork, rare meats, and seafood like snow crab, crawfish tails, jumbo shrimp, and muscles. They also have the best keylime pie and spices. Some customers enjoy the rib eye steaks, all beef jumbo hot dogs, and unseasoned chicken wings. However, the Panko Breaded Hake Fillets were disappointing as they are minced and shaped, not fillets. If you don’t mind that it’s frozen, it is good quality and worth it. Once you go there, you won’t buy meat anywhere else.
