This place was a staple in Covina. People come here for ice cream and other treats, but as of late, it hasn't been open. Google says it's open, but upon arriving, it is very much closed in the middle of the day. I don't know what's going on, but I think Covina Tasty is going to close permanently. Whoever is running the place has ZERO internet presence and communication. It's just sad because this spot used to be so good.

Very disappointed. I been coming for 10yrs and it's the first time they are not fully stocked. I ordered a strawberry sundae and the strawberries taste old and sour. They ran out of sprinkles, no caramel sauce 😕

This place seems like a healthy code violation. I'm shocked that they're still open. The entire place outside is beyond filthy. The tables all dirty, trash everywhere, their building looks rundown and needs a power wash.
I was scared to even eat and should've walked away but my group wanted vegetarian food. However they didn't have about 90% of the items on the menu. We had some old greasy burnt fries, threw them away. Everything we had was inedible. Wasted a good chunk of money on terrible food and lackluster service.

Must be different management because the Strawberries were fermented and they gave me a very old banana on my sundae. Even the oreo crumbles were stale. Really sad to see it. Been coming here for years. Also what is going on with your hours? I don't even know when you're open anymore. There is rarely anyone here during posted hours.

PLEASE READ*** Usually closed when they’re supposed to be open, and also the service is horrible. I asked for a small chocolate sundae without nuts, because i’m allergic, and they gave me a large chocolate sundae with extra nuts. HOW DO YOU MESS THAT ORDER UP?? Anyway, the food is truly delicious when they get the order right, but they really need to update their hours as i have visited many times during their open hours and they ended up being closed!!!

Please update your hours of operation on Yelp.
Let me preface, I LOVE the food here. It is so nice to find a delicious vegan fast food option with reasonable prices. My fiancé and I often look at Yelp for company hours, and unfortunately, this is the second time we’ve traveled from Upland to Covina, about 20 minutes, to find the location closed, while their Yelp hours indicate they’re open. We thought it was our error the first time, as it was close to closing time, but we realized upon checking Google, that they are in fact closed. We’ll be sure to check Google from now on, however, for those who refer to Yelp, please update your hours. Thank you!
