Dutch Bros Coffee is a popular coffee shop that has recently opened a new location in the area. The reviews of this new establishment provide a mixed perspective on the customer experience.
Some customers have praised the friendly and efficient service, with one reviewer highlighting the exceptional assistance provided by an employee named Kayla. They appreciated the wide range of milk alternatives available, making it easy for those with dietary restrictions to enjoy the drinks. The menu was also described as straightforward and easy to navigate.
However, other customers have reported some challenges. One reviewer encountered a rude cashier who was slow in delivering their ordered drink, leading to a frustrating experience. Another customer noted that the coffee was a bit on the burnt side, suggesting that the new shop is still learning the craft of brewing. Additionally, some reviewers mentioned that the staff could benefit from improving their customer service and friendliness.
Overall, the reviews suggest that Dutch Bros Coffee is a promising addition to the local coffee scene, with the potential to provide a great customer experience. However, the new location is still in the learning phase, and there is room for improvement in terms of consistent service and coffee quality.
