Service has always sicked here but i usually can work with it enough to come back.... But whoever that manager is now she'd in a terrible mood and speaks extremely rudely to customers....I know customer service isn't easy I do it myself but it's not what u say its how you say it....

Jack in the Box is always Delicious sometimes it just Depends on how workers are sometimes they get frustrated with other customers and take it out on the next customer one of the workers saw what happened and our meal was given to someone else and we were waiting for quiet a time she gave us a piece of Cheese Cake each which was a very sweet Gesture from her to have a customer come back and sorry for what happened we will Definitely go back not just for a free Cheese Cake but for her great job of the mistake of not getting our meal

I wanted to let the owner/general manager know what is going on at this Jack in the Box. Generally, I like Jack in the Box, but the employees here could use a lesson in customer service. Today, I went through the drive-thru and was told to go to the end of the driveway to wait for my order. I know why they do this. When I was younger and worked in fast food, there was always a timer that told corporate how long each car was taking in the drive-thru. By asking us to pull forward, these employees are cheating, not allowing their company to know how long they really take in filling an order. An order that might take 3-4 minutes may take 10, and upper management would never know. This is wrong, and I think that employees that are eventually going to earn $20/hour should work hard for that money.
Great customer service and delicious Spicy chicken sandwich ?! ... totally recommend.Just the best chicken sandwiches around!

Very unprofessional. Asked me to drive around the block to get fries that they messed up on. So worried about the time that corporate put on them to get the orders out. Refused to get my order correct. Told me to park next door at Burger King. Sorry won't put the young ladies name on here. Just needs better training in customer service

We went in there Saturday afternoon. No one dining inside and only two cars drive thru. When my wife and I walked in a worker was walking outside to give someone their food and told us if we can wait he be back. He came back and started making shakes while another worker standing and telling him food was ready for who was at window. A Red Shirt worker came in and went to the back and talked social laughing with them. No food was being made and am still waiting to order. After waiting about ten minutes we left and went to Burger King next store and with in five minutes we got our food.Plus your tables and chairs could use some cleaning up.

WITH ALL THE RAISES THEY ARE ASKING EVEN THOU IS NOT OFFICIAL YET THEY ALL READY RAISED THE PRICES BERY BAD JUMBO JACK COMBO 10 SOMETHING WITH TAX ALMOST 12 BUCKS. SORRY JACK IN THE BOX WONT BE EATING THERE NO MORE.
