I wanted to let the owner/general manager know what is going on at this Jack in the Box. Generally, I like Jack in the Box, but the employees here could use a lesson in customer service. Today, I went through the drive-thru and was told to go to the end of the driveway to wait for my order. I know why they do this. Wife and I had lunch there, we were greeted by the manager ( Kristina ) felt welcome, order our combo's, food was hot and tasty not to mention the presentation was picture perfect, will definitely be coming back here, thanks again
