What’s with all the hate? Fast food is not known for top notch service and if you use the app, especially on Tuesdays, you can get a great deal and pretty good service on my trip. Tuesday deal on the app is $10 for 8 pieces or $20 for an 8 piece meal. Looks like it’s $2 more at store. Chicken was as I remembered and was given plenty of hot sauce as requested.

Customer service was great provided by the young guy. I just feel bad for the employees and other customers coming in because there is no A/C running. It feels like an oven. I only had to wait a few minutes but for everyone it’s tough. It’s difficult to breath. It’s fresher outside than indoors. Just terrible. Do better if not for the customers than for the employees. This is horrible working conditions can’t believe the employees deal with this all day.

I stopped by KFC and was pleasantly reminded why it’s such a classic. The chicken was hot, crispy, and seasoned just right—crispy outside, juicy inside. The sides were fresh (mashed potatoes and mac & cheese were creamy and comforting), and everything came out fast. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the place was clean. For quick comfort food, KFC still hits the spot.
