I was so thankful to one of their female staff, I did not ask for her name , my husband lost his wallet Saturday night and did not realized until the following morning, so I try to call to see if they found the wallet but , nobody answer , I call the bank to close the debit card, we decided to go to the restaurant not even sure if we lost it there or somewhere else , it has $2,500 cash plus debit card , drivers license, medical card etc
in my mind there is no hope to get that wallet back, we waited till they open, and ask if by any chance they found it. The lady ask for his name and handed the wallet to my husband . I could not believed that there are still honest people
in this world. A big Thanks to her, such a honest person, with a good heart. We will definitely share our experience how good Nova Grill staff are, Thank you Nova Grill ! God bless!

I placed an order for pick up , sisig and crispy pata. I am quite disappointed with the quality and value of the food, (over price), I spent $39 for the crispy pata, and $23 for an order of sisig and was also charged .20 cents for the paper bag. When I am about to pay with my debit card, I was informed that they only accept cash or Venmo, which I did not have at that time , I could have just walked out and left, being a responsible person I called my daughter instead to pay for it with her Venmo, I will definitely not coming back to this place and will spread the words about how they overcharged and rip people off!

Highly disappointed!!!
Arrived a few minutes before opening & was the 1st one to place a dine in order of 2 items only (bangus sisisg & garlic rice) right at opening. Waited 40min & the family of 5 who ordered AFTER me was served their whole spread of 5 items (lechon, kare kare, sisig, etc...) before I was served my order. To make things worse, I waited 40min to be served COLD bangus sisig, I'm sure that's some sort of code violation. The server tried to say they just cooked it, like who are you even trying to convince that this cold fish is freshly made?!
I was also told that they prioritize take out orders over dine in despite arriving at 11am when they opened, so keep that in mind if you want to try this place. So you have all this food sitting waiting to get picked up while you have dine in customers waiting twidling thumbs.

Got catering on set, LITERALLY SO BLESSED it tastes incredible and so filling after working up a sweat. The curry and lumpia especially are my favorites, especially dipping the lumpia in sweet and sour sauce.

BAD Service. Long wait time. Got my order after 1 1/2 hrs waiting. Placed my phone order Monday pickup on the 24th Wednesday. They said closing time is 3 pm. Was there around 2:30. Got my order after 4pm after I complained and it was COLD. They suck. NEVER Again 👎

BAD Service.NEVER AGAIN. I ordered Monday for Wed Dec 24 pickup. They said closing time the 24th was 3 pm. So I came in 2:30 just to be early. They had my order ready at around 4:20. About 1 1/2 hours wait and that’s because I started complaining. My food was taken out 5 minutes after I complained loudly and it was COLD. They SUCK.👎👎👎

This place is very slow. For a walk-in one person it could take 40-50 minutes on weekends. And if you order on-line they can cancell your order for no reason even if you already had paid. Just a warning..

Waiting time is toooooo looooooong..!!!!! If they’re doing great in business and making profit, they should hire enough staff to cater their costumers! And demands! Remember, your local Filipino costumers are not that much, by mouth you can build good business and sometimes bad for your business .!
Specially your person who’s taking the order on the phone was very unfriendly and not properly trained how to answer the phone!
