Staff and food are excellent. Deals on beer and food are fairly priced, and the atmosphere is very welcoming and inviting. The locals frequent this location and it has been a staple in Covina for years. 12/10 would recommend
Pep's is kind of a local institution in an age where local institutions are rapidly disappearing.
The owners are kind of odd, but the food is surprisingly good. The waitress/bartender on duty was friendly and attentive, and they have a fairly large menu and decent selection on tap.
I'd recommend this mainly as a place to have a few drinks and nosh while watching a game.

First time here. Not impressed. Yes, people were nice. The pizza taste like frozen pizza. Our cheese pizza was burnt, but the pepperoni looked good. Thank you. First and last time. Just not impressed with the taste of the food. Maybe it's for some but not us.
