Sabor a Perú was amazing!
My family and I were doing an errand in the Covina area and I decided to Google some Peruvian food options and came across Sabor a Peru.
It was an excellent choice.
The food is just sooooo good!
Delicious made from scratch & the portions are generous.

coming from a Peruvian... this was the most authentic close to being back in Peru as it gets.. I ordered a basic arroz chaufa after a long day of investor meetings and showing houses.. boy was I in for an amazing surprise. the chaufa was not bathed in soy sauce, you tasted the different ingredients. I will be going back. the owner was amazing! it really left me with a smile on my face.
