I used the app to order before I got there and when I was standing there no one even acknowledged me. I was standing right in front of 2 people and they never even said "be with you in a moment". This is not the first time for this location and I wouldn't even go their except its the only one in the area. if it happens again I won't be going back. I go with the old saying "three strikes and your out"!
The staff is always friendly and it's always nice and clean
