The taste is very good, the service too, but the preparers talk and talk over our food when preparing, in my opinion it would be very good for them to wear masks whenever they prepare food, I have seen in the light how just by talking we spit saliva at the talk, imagine preparing food and talking. I put this comment because the day before I bought it and when I got home and ate one of the burritos it had a big long hair embedded in the cheese. I didn't eat more. How disgusting to eat the sweat of those who prepare the food. Please Taco Bell wear hairnets m? Gloves and very important face masks to prepare food.

Came in for food on 2/24 as they were opening, placed my order. Did not receive cinnamon twist for the 2nd time. All the taco shells were stale and more thank likely were left over from previous day because the nacho chips were fresh. Will be going to the taco bell on azusa and arrow from now on. Stay away from this one.

The food is not the best so I don't believe how the prices can be that high ?...the only thing was the help I get from the lady because that's the other thing no chance to someone take your order you need to order on the kiosk!!!

Bad service. Will not take your order at a register, yet there's 2 cash registers.first thing I thought, if my elderly father came in hungry, he has no way of figuring out how to use it. Got to find out who the owners are to complain and let them know how quick they will be going out of business with that lack of customer service.

Nobody wants your stupid kiosk system! It takes way too long, you have to use it to order and then if your paying cash, you still have to go to the counter. I watched the manager turn away three older customers because she wouldn't take there order the normal way. Read the room lady! Nobody likes it! We want to talk and interact with real people!! And fill your Dr Pepper already! It's always out!!

Nothing like ordering food with 8 fire sauces only to find zero sauces in the bag when you get home.... Maybe Taco Bell should put the sauces back in the lobby so you don't have to rely on your staff to read the order.

This Taco Bell is under new management and the service is terrible. This location used to be the best but now they have a cashier that is rude,cold and unhelpful. All we wanted was some hot sauce and she ignored us.
