The taste is very good, the service too, but the preparers talk and talk over our food when preparing, in my opinion it would be very good for them to wear masks whenever they prepare food, I have seen in the light how just by talking we spit saliva at the talk, imagine preparing food and talking. I put this comment because the day before I bought it and when I got home and ate one of the burritos it had a big long hair embedded in the cheese. I didn't eat more. The cashier was enthusiastic and extended a warm welcome upon my entrance to the establishment, provided attentive and competent service by taking my order promptly, and expressed his appreciation with a mellifluous tone for the business. Within minutes, my meal, complete and savory, was served. This Taco ? Bell branch on Citrus in Downtown Covina was sanitary, uncluttered, and well- illuminated.

Was super frustrated with the app so decided to walk in and order. Jennifer Luna at the counter was so helpful and understanding. For some reason my app would not recognize my rewards but Jennifer honored my rewards and made a frustrating situation into a perfect situation.Customer service at small food chains are hard to sell, but believe me when I tell you the customer service at this one is perfection and profession.
