“This place is bomb. A coworker recommended it. I walked in and told the girl in line behind us to go ahead because we had never been there before. She said me either! And we all laughed about that. This place is cool tho. Laid back vibe, friendly employees. The burger…probably the best I have ever had, no joke. This is exactly how I like them. A real smash burger with crispy edges. Double was $8 and it comes with grilled onion, bacon, cheese, sauce and you can add a lot of other stuff. Fries were perfect, crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and good seasoning. When we left we said thanks and the guy in the back said “hey see you guys tomorrow?” I was like…yeah lol…cause he might. If not tomorrow we will for sure be back very soon. Give this place a chance, you won’t be sorry.”

The food was awesome, we ordered mozzarella sticks, wings (lemon pepper & garlic parm) and the carne asada pizza, really enjoyed. Ended it with some ice cream. Lucille‘s Doesn’t even compare and that used to be my favorite but this place beats it by far! Also, their customer service is amazing! Some thing that every other restaurant has been lacking! Way to go Spirit of Texas!”

“I appreciate you taking the time to respond to my previous review. I understand you're busy, but it would be much more helpful if someone could answer the phone and let customers know about wait times. Calling three times and not getting through, only to arrive and find an hour-long wait, is frustrating. A simple "We're currently experiencing about a one-hour wait" would save customers a lot of time and hassle.
