She was so cheerful and got us exactly what we wanted which was a special surtida carne with two mixed meats: carnitas and pollo asado. Amazingly delicious, perfectly seasoned and juicy meaty goodness. The Mexican rice was especially tender and flavorful. Pinto beans too. We got the simple burrito and had a wonderful pickled Serrano pepper (maybe jalapeño), carrot and some pico de gallo. Wow is all I can say. The restaurant is spotless and music spot ON. They have quite a few different BBQ sauces and will bring you out samples so you can find the one you like best. “The place itself is large with plenty of tables. The waitress brought us chips and a small bowl of salsa that was amazinly delicious and another small bowl of refried beans with cheese on top that were just right to eat with the chips.
We went to celebrate Mother's Day and we order several different dishes.
One of my son's ordered a Torta de asada, with lettuce, tomatoe onions, mayo and I think guacamole with fries that he hardly was able to finish because it was BIG and stacked.
My other son ordered a Campechana (shrimp and octopus) it had pieces of avocado, shopped tomatoes and onions, cilantro and a shrimp on the top. It had good flavor.
My other son ordered nuggets with fries which the fries quantity is huge.
Our daughter ordered Fish fillet with fries, refried beans and green salad.
And my wife and I shared a plate that had shrimp, octopus, imitation crab, fried green peppers with fried onions that was also good. It was served in a metal tray which was different from anywhere we've gone.
We would definitely come back to this place. The waitresses were kind and patient when taking our orders.
It's WORTH coming back.“
