“Outstanding authentic Mexican flavor. Tastes sooooooo good! If you like tacos (and who doesn't) you MUST try the menu item called "3-Taco Birria Pulled Beef" with cheese/lettuce/tomato. I was blown away by the rich flavor. It's served with a cup of delicious broth on the side which is great for dipping. I'm always craving this meal. Another recommended choice is the deep-fried Quesadilla with marinated Birria pulled beef. This one has fresh veggies on the inside and is layered with a rich, tasty cheese on the outside. I can't stay away from this place!!!“

Quality ranges from good to great, perhaps due to the vast menu, but that means there's something for everyone. One often overlooked aspect of the dine-in experience is the music and decor. I am very appreciative of the diverse, curated, custom playlists and art that cross genres, pace, culture, and sentiment with ease--often sparking conversation at our table. “I’ve been an avid customer for more than 17 years. Majority of the time I eat solo because I run errands or have appointments after I eat there however I’ve introduced my family to this wonderful little cafe whenever they are in town. They all are big fans of Granny’s and always want to go there when in town. By the way my fam is from Santa Barbara & Los Angeles! Besides enjoying a nice meal I love talking with my fellow customers that’s one of the pluses of a small town cafe. Sad to see someone had a bad experience thank heaven that’s the exception not the norm. Granny’s is the only place I eat pancakes at usually in place of toast plus I love that they offer fresh fruit 🍉 not canned. Also enjoy their daily soup, split pea being one of my favs, also love their Taco salad. Well I could go on and on with various things I enjoy however some things you’ll have to try for yourself. As far as service it’s always been good for me however I know there has been changes and with that there is a learning time with new personnel. I’m sure everyone has had a good or bad experience now and then when eating out, here’s wishing you a great experience when come to this little towns cafe❤️“

Such a beautiful location with very poor kept bathrooms. Tonight we have a reservation for 2 and got offered high top or the table next to the bathroom when every table but 3 were open. We try to make our date nights special tonight was disappointing with these options. (We reluctantly chose the table next to the bathroom) Our server Priscilla was so sweet she made up for it. But even when we were leaving there were still empty tables. It’s the little things like that, that will make us rethink our choice next time.“

“Me and my daughter went for a lunch date and we ordered the teriyaki half beef half chicken she got the double chicken My beef was so dry and old it wasn't even brown it was gray but I also ordered the crunchy sushi roll that was delicious delicious as for atmosphere there was people in a table over from us like hocking luggies and spitting up luggies it literally made us lose our appetite and that was the reason why we left. I would go again for the sushi and maybe just the teriyaki chicken but I will never ever ever again order beef.“

Lots of food choices. Food was on our table pretty quickly. The second time was a triple family birthday dinner. Again everything was great and food was excellent. The other reviews claiming that Panda is better clearly indicates that they don’t know what good Chinese food tastes like. Panda is ok in a pinch, but I would definitely rather eat here. It is a small, family run business, so sometimes there is a little bit of a wait, but it’s worth it. My husband is Chinese and this is authentic, Cantonese style, Chinese food. Also the complaints about price are way off base, because they have large portions and we always have a lot of leftovers. Some of our favorites are teriyaki chicken, chicken chow fun, tomato beef chow mein with pan fried noodles, steamed fish fillet, coconut shrimp (no batter) chicken chow mein, pot stickers, sizzling rice soup, etc..I am gluten intolerant and they have always been conscientious of that, when I asked, recommending gluten friendly options. We have never had a bad meal here whether we dine in or do takeout.“

If you haven't tried these yet you should: Mongolian Beef, shrimp & Lobster Sauce, their pork fried rice and chicken chow mein, egg rolls, schezwan chicken, chicken in foil, orange chicken, and their hot and sour soup with extra green onions. Oh, their won ton soup is good too. We always get their ice tea with our meal too, it is just a must. I know why, but we just have to have it with our meal. “Absolutely my families favorite taco truck I'm a asada Taco type of girl, switching up for nachos occasionally, my daughter has the veggie burrito or quesadilla, son and late husband both asada burrito supreme guys, and those two are very particular with their burritos and the cooks have always gotten it not just correct but absolutely delicious as well. I have tried everything above and they are all phenomenal. I crave my taco ? truck at least a couple times a week. Almost as important as taste........ Price, and well the prices are phenomenal as well. Can't say enough about Los Serranos ?? ? .“
