“Absolutely my families favorite taco truck I'm a asada Taco type of girl, switching up for nachos occasionally, my daughter has the veggie burrito or quesadilla, son and late husband both asada burrito supreme guys, and those two are very particular with their burritos and the cooks have always gotten it not just correct but absolutely delicious as well. I have tried everything above and they are all phenomenal. I crave my taco ? truck at least a couple times a week. Almost as important as taste........ Price, and well the prices are phenomenal as well. Can't say enough about Los Serranos ?? ? .“

“I recently went to an event here. It was a Christmas Brunch with a DJ. The event said it was all ages. We had a great time. The DJ was great. I won a prize. I loved my drink. I got a pumpkin spice mocktail. That was nice that they had a mocktail drink menu. The food was tasty. I got the Bacon egg scramble. The portions were smaller than normal. Not sure if thats a change for the entire restaurant. We had a great time. I hope they do more events here in the future. The staff was really nice here. Very helpful!“

Majority of the time I eat solo because I run errands or have appointments after I eat there however I’ve introduced my family to this wonderful little cafe whenever they are in town. They all are big fans of Granny’s and always want to go there when in town. By the way my fam is from Santa Barbara & Los Angeles! Besides enjoying a nice meal I love talking with my fellow customers that’s one of the pluses of a small town cafe. Sad to see someone had a bad experience thank heaven that’s the exception not the norm. Granny’s is the only place I eat pancakes at usually in place of toast plus I love that they offer fresh fruit 🍉 not canned. Also enjoy their daily soup, split pea being one of my favs, also love their Taco salad. Well I could go on and on with various things I enjoy however some things you’ll have to try for yourself. As far as service it’s always been good for me however I know there has been changes and with that there is a learning time with new personnel. I’m sure everyone has had a good or bad experience now and then when eating out, here’s wishing you a great experience when come to this little towns cafe❤️“

I was blown away by the rich flavor. It's served with a cup of delicious broth on the side which is great for dipping. I'm always craving this meal. Another recommended choice is the deep-fried Quesadilla with marinated Birria pulled beef. This one has fresh veggies on the inside and is layered with a rich, tasty cheese on the outside. “I come here for the Chile Verde Nachos with extra meat and shredded cheese instead of the nacho cheese and its always delicious I have never been disappointed. I've had other food from here and its all good but the nachos are my go to. The customer service is always nice and they always have a smile on their faces which I love to see when being welcomed in to a restaurant. This is a must go to place in Merced.“

Needed to be quick off and on to the 99, we pulled up to the little shop and just knew this place was going to be amazing!!! The smells right when you walk in, I knew I was home. We both got the special breakfast burrito and added beans. Homemade tortilla, eggs, potatoes, and both salsa were very tasty! I’m not a small woman, and needed two hands to hold, three bites and I was full! Will get breakfast and lunch out of this burrito! We will be making special stops just to stop in La Casita!!!!! “This is our favorite Chinese restaurant in the area. The food is always fresh and delicious. The other reviews claiming that Panda is better clearly indicates that they don’t know what good Chinese food tastes like. Panda is ok in a pinch, but I would definitely rather eat here. It is a small, family run business, so sometimes there is a little bit of a wait, but it’s worth it. My husband is Chinese and this is authentic, Cantonese style, Chinese food. Also the complaints about price are way off base, because they have large portions and we always have a lot of leftovers. Some of our favorites are teriyaki chicken, chicken chow fun, tomato beef chow mein with pan fried noodles, steamed fish fillet, coconut shrimp (no batter) chicken chow mein, pot stickers, sizzling rice soup, etc..I am gluten intolerant and they have always been conscientious of that, when I asked, recommending gluten friendly options. We have never had a bad meal here whether we dine in or do takeout.“

“This place has delicious food . I got the sweet and sour pork combo and the pork was good with perfect breading and the vegetables were perfect the sauce was good and not to sweet. Also the chow main was so good light ,I also love the bean sprouts they put in it . Also got the Kung Pao chicken combo and the chicken was good and juicy, the vegetables were cook good . The rice fried rice was good also . And combos come with a egg roll . Very crunchy and fresh. But the star of everything was the Pot stickers appetizers the best I've had. The service was great and the black tea very delicious. Update had the special chow fun and it was delicious it had chicken, beef and shrimp with bean sprouts. Also the customer service is great .“
